Earthyco ships internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Actual delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We recommend tracking your package to monitor its status.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While Earthyco takes great care in packaging and shipping all orders, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier. Please contact the carrier with any claims regarding loss or damage.
